The hotel is pretty close to the main train station, making it a great location for those who need to be near public transportation. Plus, there are many food court and dining options nearby, as well as the underground shopping mall.
Some aspects of the rooms may be disappointing, such as the need for better soundproofing from traffic noise or more consistent hot water in the shower.

During my stay at the Hotel Elsereine, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, just a short walk from Osaka Station. The spacious room was modern and exceptionally clean, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were varied, with both Western and Asian cuisine available at a reasonable price. Celebrating New Year’s Eve in this hotel was an amazing experience for my family and me. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was surprisingly so good. , the hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, which made us feel welcomed. The hotel is located in a great area close to the station with easy access to public transportation and numerous shops and restaurants.
The rooms were quite small, and it was a bit of a struggle for us to move around with our suitcases. the hotel lacked USB charging points, which was an inconvenience for us.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. Its convenient location near the train station made my travels around the city so much easier. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-decorated rooms that were spacious for Japanese standards. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of both western and Asian cuisine at a reasonable price. Lastly, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable.
